Agnes Classen was one of two daughters of Gerhard Classen, one of two brothers of my great grandfather, Heinrich A. Klassen. Gerhard preferred to spell his last name with a "C" instead of a "K".
Agnes' story in first person is shown below. Agnes (Classen) Martynes passed away in Saskatoon, Sask. in 1984 at thyhe age of 81.
